Job Description
* Job Purpose
- We are looking for a Product Marketing to join our expanding marketing team. Team Product Marketing is an extension of Brand Marketing and works in parallel with it. Product Marketing Team focuses on developing core products (existing products) to meet market needs.
- Candidate will work with cross-functional teams Sales GT/MT, Logistic, Brand Marketing, Purchasing, Factory, Production to develop and operate product.
* Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy and Market Analysis.
- Market research and collect consumer trend to provide insight-based recommendations.
- Analyze internal data (Good at Excel) to uncover insights and sales trends.
- Work with Product Innovation to develop packaging for each Channel (GT/MT)
- Idea with Design Team to develop concept product
2. Product Management
- Monitor product performance using metrics, customer feedback, complaints.
- Work with factory and logistic to ensure product launching at the right time. Manage the production plan throughout the product’s sales lifecycle.
- Calculate P&L based on the company’s goal.
3. Reporting and Product Monitoring
- Report performance after product launching: Market share, sales, profit, contribution.
- Monitor with Brand Marketing Team when launching product to drive category objectives.
* Job requirement
- Bachelor's graduate, preferably majoring in marketing or business management
- Minimum 3 years experience in Product/Brand/Trade Marketing within FMCG industry.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle pressure in launching timelines
- Experience in product development or NPD process is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate and work with multiple departments.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
