- Prepare executive sales and planning reports for management.

 

- Prepare monthly and yearly export sales forecasts by country, dealer, and brand.

 

- Coordinate with overseas distributors to collect rolling forecasts and market updates.

 

- Analyze sales trends, market demand, and inventory levels.

 

- Monitor in-market sales (IMK), stock levels, and sell-out data.

 

- Support profitability analysis (Sales, Margin, P&L).

 

- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify gaps between forecast and actual sales.

 

- Coordinate S&OP process with SCM and Production teams.

 

- Monitor inventory and logistics performance to ensure on-time delivery.

 

- Work with Overseas sales to understand the market situation & reasons for strategis results.
