Job Description
Provide administrative and paperwork support for the HRM team, including:
+ Recruitment: Set up interview (materials / email / booking room / provide PI test instructions)
+ Labor contracts & social insurance: Remind employees to sign labor contracts; send social insurance documents to offboarding employees
+ Tuition support: Collect documents and work with the accounting team
+ Health check program support: Obtain quotations, collect general health check documents, verify documentation
