Job Description

1. Training Planning & Implementation

  • Assist in developing and executing annual internal training plans (Orientation, Soft Skills, Functional Training, Leadership Training, etc.).
  • Coordinate and organize training programs: scheduling, venue arrangement, training materials, and logistics.
  • Support internal and external trainers to ensure effective training delivery.

2. Training Operation & Evaluation

  • Manage training attendance, participation records, and training documentation.
  • Conduct post-training evaluation and collect feedback to measure training effectiveness.
  • Prepare training reports and maintain accurate training data for audit and review purposes.

3. Interpretation & Communication (Korean–Vietnamese)

  • Provide Korean–Vietnamese interpretation and translation for training sessions, meetings, and training-related documents.
  • Act as a communication bridge between Korean managers and Vietnamese employees in HRD-related activities.

4. Human Resource Development Support

  • Participate in HRD projects such as competency development, career path, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Support the development and improvement of training materials, guidelines, and HRD processes.

5 Other HRD Tasks

  • Perform other HRD-related duties as assigned by the HRD Section Leader.
