Job Description
1. Training Planning & Implementation
- Assist in developing and executing annual internal training plans (Orientation, Soft Skills, Functional Training, Leadership Training, etc.).
- Coordinate and organize training programs: scheduling, venue arrangement, training materials, and logistics.
- Support internal and external trainers to ensure effective training delivery.
2. Training Operation & Evaluation
- Manage training attendance, participation records, and training documentation.
- Conduct post-training evaluation and collect feedback to measure training effectiveness.
- Prepare training reports and maintain accurate training data for audit and review purposes.
3. Interpretation & Communication (Korean–Vietnamese)
- Provide Korean–Vietnamese interpretation and translation for training sessions, meetings, and training-related documents.
- Act as a communication bridge between Korean managers and Vietnamese employees in HRD-related activities.
4. Human Resource Development Support
- Participate in HRD projects such as competency development, career path, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Support the development and improvement of training materials, guidelines, and HRD processes.
5 Other HRD Tasks
- Perform other HRD-related duties as assigned by the HRD Section Leader.
